01 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "sc999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the sc999 platform and its operating entity, operating under international gaming regulations.
• "User", "you", "your", "Player" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the sc999 platform or any of its services.
• "Platform" means the sc999 website, mobile application, software, and all associated services accessible at sc999.pro.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration with sc999.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's sc999 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other non-cash incentive credited to a User's Account by sc999 under a specific promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandated by sc999 prior to the processing of withdrawals or at any time sc999 deems necessary.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of the sc999 Platform for users based in Pakistan.

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation. References to any statute or statutory provision include any subordinate legislation in force from time to time. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an Account with sc999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. sc999 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold sc999 Accounts.
3. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or director of sc999 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
5. You must not have previously had an sc999 Account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. sc999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.

03 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any security credentials associated with your sc999 Account. The following obligations apply at all times:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, including family members.
• You must notify sc999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your login credentials. Notification should be made via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
• sc999 will never contact you by email, telephone, or live chat to request your password. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to sc999 immediately.
• You acknowledge that all transactions, wagers, and instructions issued from your Account are deemed to have been authorised by you unless and until you have notified sc999 of a security breach and sc999 has confirmed suspension of the Account.

sc999 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your Account. sc999 strongly recommends that all Users enable 2FA on their Accounts as an additional layer of security. Notwithstanding the above, sc999 cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment

sc999 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. sc999 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly or within a maximum of thirty (30) minutes. If a deposit is not credited within this period, you must contact support with your transaction reference number.
• sc999 reserves the right to decline a deposit from any source that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method held in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• sc999 will process withdrawal requests within one (1) to five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. During periods of high volume, processing times may be extended; sc999 will communicate any delays to affected Users.
• sc999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether such documentation has been previously submitted.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted after all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

sc999 operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. sc999 may, at any time and without prior notice, suspend an Account and withhold funds pending investigation if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. sc999 is obliged to report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory authorities.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

sc999 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above only and are subject to eligibility criteria which may include geographic restrictions, deposit method restrictions, and minimum deposit thresholds.
• Each promotional offer will specify the applicable Wagering Requirement, which must be completed before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements typically range from 15x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until all Wagering Requirements have been satisfied.
• sc999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice if it determines that the bonus has been obtained through abuse, technical error, or fraudulent means.
• Only one bonus may be active in a User's Account at any time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses obtained through use of multiple Accounts, in breach of the One Account Policy, will be voided along with any associated winnings.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and gaming activity on sc999 are subject to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. sc999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the circumstances described in these Terms or as required by applicable regulations.
• sc999 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or an obvious pricing error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the sc999 system logs shall be the authoritative record. sc999's decision on disputed outcomes is final, subject to the Dispute Resolution procedure in Section 13.
• sc999 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any Player, market, or event at its sole discretion and without notice.
• All casino games on sc999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot and casino games are available on request.
• Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the respective game as communicated by the live dealer and game interface. Players must conduct themselves respectfully in live game environments.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sc999 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension or termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without prior written consent from sc999.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any sc999 software or application.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening sc999 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your sc999 Account through your payment provider while retaining winnings generated from those funds.

08 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the sc999 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio clips, and game content, are the exclusive property of sc999 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms confers upon you any right, title, or interest in or to the sc999 intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sc999 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, or distribute any sc999 content without prior written consent.
• Use sc999 branding, trademarks, or trade names in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the sc999 Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of sc999 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sc999, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from server downtime, maintenance periods, connectivity failures, or force majeure events beyond sc999's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information, odds, or content available on the Platform.
• The conduct or content of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other third parties whose services are integrated into the sc999 Platform.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms shall limit sc999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

sc999 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players and is dedicated to providing tools and resources to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all sc999 Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated reminders that trigger after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from sc999. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period selected by the Player.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable on-screen notifications that display net session losses and session duration at regular intervals.

sc999 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and utilises age verification technology during registration and KYC processes to prevent access by minors. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any funds returned to the depositing payment method.

11 Suspension and Termination

sc999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identity information.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• A chargeback or payment reversal has been initiated by you or your payment provider.
• A request from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by sc999.

Upon termination, sc999 will conduct a review of your Account. If no irregularities are identified, any genuine real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. If the termination is the result of a breach of these Terms, sc999 may, at its sole discretion, withhold part or all of any outstanding balance.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting sc999 support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding obligations you may have to sc999.

12 Amendments to Terms

sc999 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sc999 will provide notice to registered Users by one or more of the following means:

• A prominent notice displayed on the sc999 Platform upon login.
• A notification sent to the email address registered to your Account.
• An update to the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the sc999 Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 11.

sc999 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current governing agreement. The current effective version of these Terms will always be accessible at sc999.pro/terms-conditions.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the terms of sc999's applicable operating licence.

13.1 Informal Resolution

In the first instance, any dispute should be submitted to sc999 customer support via live chat or by email to [email protected]. sc999 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and resolve the majority of disputes within 14 business days of receipt.

13.2 Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally to your satisfaction within 30 days, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under sc999's operating licence. Details of the applicable escalation procedure will be provided to you upon request.

13.3 Binding Decision

sc999's decision on any gaming-related dispute — including but not limited to bet outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account activity — shall be final and binding, subject only to the escalation procedure described above.
